How to Increase Your Florida Home Value by 28% Without Breaking the Bank

As 2022 begins, the real estate market is still proving strong. With the value of homes increasing and sellers getting more money for their homes than the usual, now is a more important time than ever to increase your home’s value without breaking the bank. 1. Exterior Paint.
