"I thought I would take a moment to offer praise for one of your agents, Deb Stramaglio. My wife and I met with Deb in November to make an offer on an existing villa. The offer was not accepted, so our quest continued. Deb was very good at listening to our wants and needs, suggesting only properties that were congruent to those parameters. Hence, our time was used wisely and we came to an agreement on a new villa at Hacienda Lakes. We are closing this coming week. This contract was offered in November, but since that time Deb has stayed in touch weekly to visit the production progress and offer help with anything else we needed.
